Central to the transformation is the launch of a new mobile app and member portal that offers a fully integrated self-service experience. The upgrade simplifies loyalty status management and access to personalised services. With the support of iLoyal’s Partner Integration Hub, STARFLYER has also expanded its loyalty ecosystem by forming new partnerships, allowing members to earn and redeem points more widely.

The upgrade is powered by IBS Software’s customer-centric engine, providing STARFLYER with actionable insights for targeted engagement. The flexibility of iLoyal supports the airline’s broader digital transformation goals by allowing STARFLYER to adapt and evolve its loyalty offerings dynamically.

“Partnering with IBS Software to upgrade our STAR LINK platform is a major step in enhancing the customer experience,” said Hiroshi Goto, Senior Vice President of Innovation Promotion at STARFLYER Inc. “This transformation not only strengthens how we engage with members but also sets the foundation for modernising other legacy systems across our business.”

We’re proud to support STARFLYER’s vision for modernisation and delighted to expand our footprint in the Japanese and broader Asia-Pacific market.”
