Nobu Hospitality Announces Luxury Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Oman
NEW YORK , April 11, 2025 /JamNewsWire/ — Nobu Hospitality is pleased to announce the launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat, the latest addition to its growing portfolio of luxury mixed-use developments in the Middle East . This new project reflects the brand’s continued evolution, combining hospitality, luxury residences, and lifestyle amenities into a unique destination.
This development marks Nobu’s second collaboration with its partner Enevoria Development, following the successful announcement of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences at Al Marjan Island. The project will be developed in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the government’s executive arm for tourism development in Oman.
Located on the pristine shores of Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometers from downtown Muscat, the new development will span over 60,000 square meters and include an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature restaurant, a full-service spa and fitness center, pools, and a Nobu-style beach club. The resort offering will be complemented by a limited collection of Nobu-branded residences, creating a luxury coastal community that combines the elegance of Nobu living with exclusive resident benefits and unparalleled coastal views.
