LUXURY

La Dolce Vita Orient Express , or the meeting of “slow travel” and exception according to Accor and Arsenale SpA, Italy’s leader in luxury rail hospitality. Offering themed journeys through breathtaking transalpine landscapes, the La Dolce Vita Orient Express train celebrates the glamour, joie de vivre and artistic fervour of 1960s Italian culture. Guests will delight in dishes created by three-Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck, who combines traditional and contemporary cuisine to subtly reconnect with the spirit of la dolce vita. The first passengers will board in spring 2025.

Orient Express La Minerva will take up residence in a historic property in the heart of Rome, becoming the first hotel in the world to bear the Orient Express brand. The hotel will offer 93 rooms and suites in the former Palazzo Fonseca, a sumptuous 17th-century palace that has been beautifully restored to offer every contemporary comfort. Its interior design and artistic direction have been entrusted to the renowned architect and designer Hugo Toro, for a glamorous experience inspired by the Roman domus and the splendors of the Eternal City. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Faena New York will bring the unique spirit of luxury and experiential hospitality of Faena to New York City, in close proximity to the High Line Park and the Hudson River. Located in the East Tower of One High Line, Faena New York will feature 120 guest rooms and suites, innovative culinary concepts in its 5,000-square-foot restaurant led by a celebrity chef, and a wellness sanctuary (Tierra Santa Healing House) within its 1,700-square-foot spa. Faena Rose members will have exclusive access to The Living Room, a private dining and entertainment lounge with outdoor terraces. Opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Raffles Sentosa Singapore will build on the brand’s illustrious heritage in Asia. The 62-villa resort will face Tanjong Beach on the southern tip of Sentosa Island, one of Asia’s most popular tourist destinations, just steps from the bustling city centre of Singapore. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the resort will span over 9 hectares of meticulously landscaped tropical gardens, providing a haven for global travellers and Singaporeans alike to relax and unwind on a weekend. It is expected to open in early 2025.

Raffles Jeddah in Saudi Arabia will embody the spirit of the Saudi coastline, with breathtaking views of the Jeddah Corniche and the Red Sea. In addition to its 142 guest rooms and 40 suites, the hotel will feature three restaurants and lounges, a luxurious spa and meeting spaces, including a 1,300 m2 grand ballroom. Guests will immerse themselves in Saudi art and culture as they explore the region’s distinctive decorative craftsmanship, celebrating the country’s past, present and future. The hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

Strengthening the brand’s presence in Europe, Fairmont Golden Prague will soon become the first Fairmont address in the Czech Republic. Located in the heart of the Old Town, at the entrance to the prestigious Parížská Boulevard and on the banks of the Vltava River, this 320-room property, a listed historical monument, will set an international benchmark for high-end hospitality, gastronomy and cultural immersion. Fairmont Gold Club members will enjoy exceptional service in the 44 rooms and suites reserved for them, and will have access to the Fairmont Gold private lounge and exclusive concierge services. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol , located in a little-known corner of southern Spain, will be Fairmont’s first seaside destination in Southern Europe. Its 311 rooms will offer endless views of the Mediterranean in the heart of a vast estate expressing the spirit and rich heritage of Andalusia: generous and authentic cuisine, rejuvenating wellness experiences, meaningful cultural immersions and lively events. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Fairmont Tokyo will mark the highly anticipated arrival of the Fairmont brand in Japan. Boasting a prime location on Tokyo Bay, the 217-room hotel will offer stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge to the east and Tokyo Tower to the west. Perfectly balancing the energy of the city with the tranquility of the waterfront, guests will enjoy signature Fairmont experiences, including five restaurants and two bars, three outdoor terraces, a wedding chapel, an alfresco dining room, a grand ballroom, a spa, an infinity pool, an outdoor pool and fitness facilities in a sophisticated, contemporary setting. The hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

The Fairmont New Orleans (United States), is preparing to occupy the historic Bank of New Orleans building, in the financial district and a stone’s throw from the famous French Quarter. After its complete and avant-garde transformation, this emblematic address will offer 250 rooms, including 40 suites, three restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city, a 930 m2 spa and a multi-functional space of 1,800 m2. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

The Fairmont Udaipur (India) will offer guests an escape to a luxurious and unique setting on a hillside with exclusive access to a protected forest. The 16-hectare resort will reconnect with nature against a backdrop of breathtaking scenery. The 340-room hotel will feature over 9,000 m2 of event space, numerous and varied outdoor areas, a wide range of entertainment options and several restaurants. The Fairmont Spa will offer its unrivaled holistic wellness experiences. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit will deliver a new upscale offering in the central business district of the Thai capital. The 419-room hotel will be the brand’s first address in Thailand and will feature the country’s first conference centre meeting the highest international standards, with vast meeting spaces (in person and remotely), flexible rooms and cutting-edge technology. The restaurants and bars will offer Asian and international cuisine, while the rooftop bar will offer spectacular views of the capital. Guests will have access to the swimming pool, fitness area, spa and wellness centre. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Fairmont Hanoi (Vietnam), an urban resort located in the heart of the city, will be just a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The 241-room hotel will draw inspiration from Thang Long’s culture and history to deliver a lavish experience focused on holistic wellness. Guests will discover six restaurants and bars, including a rooftop restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully-equipped fitness center, as well as a wellness spa and a bathhouse featuring traditional Asian rituals. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2025.

Fairmont Dalian (China) will offer a majestic welcome on Zhongshan Square in the historic city of Dalian. The elegant four-story historic building has been carefully restored to meet Fairmont’s international standards of contemporary hospitality and the Dalian City Council’s commitment to sustainability. The hotel will feature 70 guestrooms, the exclusive Fairmont Gold “hotel within a hotel” experience, a magnificent ballroom for weddings and other events, numerous meeting rooms, signature restaurants, a swimming pool and fitness center. The Sofitel Guiyang Liebian (China) will be located in the beating heart of the Guanshan Lake District, the city’s new cultural, economic and municipal hub. The new hotel will bring a touch of French luxury through its 240 guestrooms, diverse dining options, holistic wellness offerings and elegant meeting rooms. Close to many tourist attractions, including the Guiyang International Convention & Exhibition Center, the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center and the International Financial Center, the property will be ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree will mark the brand’s debut in Singapore, where Banyan Tree was founded but had not yet established a presence. Spread across 4.6 hectares in the Mandai Nature Reserve, an area dedicated to Singapore’s flora and fauna, the 338-room resort will feature a four-storey main building with standard and family rooms, and 24 seed-shaped tree houses, offering stays where everything from the architecture to the interiors is designed to be in harmony with nature. It is expected to open in mid-2025.

Banyan Tree Escape (Tanzania) is a new resort that will offer the best safari experiences in the wild and untouched Ruaha National Park. Nestled on the banks of the Ruaha, this collection of open villas and intimate retreats will be influenced by the curves of the river and local architecture. Designed for the curious traveler, the resort will immerse you in the Tanzanian community and culture, in the midst of unspoiled nature. Opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

The Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection (Albania) will be located within walking distance of such must-see places as the city of Berat and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Butrint. A model of positive hospitality and sustainable tourism, the charming Green Coast Hotel will be located on the edge of a preserved coastline, punctuated by sea caves and secluded bays. With 112 elegant and contemporary rooms, this MGallery address will allow you to experience memorable stays and discover the charms of Albania. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

A new MGallery Collection hotel will soon be a must-see address in one of France’s most glamorous seaside destinations, Biarritz . With its contemporary and elegant interiors, this 150-room MGallery address will be a true work of art, alive and constantly evolving. Guests will appreciate the refined decoration, the creative cocktail menu and the carefully designed menus, and will enjoy the superb rooftop, with breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Hotel MontAzure Lakeside Phuket – MGallery Collection (Thailand) will be surrounded by forested mountains with a beautiful white sand beach at the foot. It will have 150 rooms, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and a magnificent clubhouse. The splendid architecture of this establishment will blend harmoniously into its natural setting, facing the coast and backed by a preserved landscape of lakes and mountains. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

LIFESTYLE (ENNISMORE)

25hours Hotel The Olympia will be Australia’s first 25hours Hotel and the latest boutique hotel to open in Sydney. Designed for dreamers and non-conformists, film buffs and aesthetes, the property will pay homage to the arthouse theatre it is set to occupy: the Olympia Theatre. It will feature 109 rooms, including three themed suites, each room displaying an exclusive artwork by Sydney artist Kubi Vasak. The hotel will feature four bars and restaurants: Jacob the Angel (an English café and bakery), Palomar restaurant, and Mulwray, a chic wine and cocktail bar. Monica, a rooftop bar, will offer stunning views of Sydney and will be the highlight of any stay at the hotel. Two meeting rooms will also be available, the largest of which can accommodate up to 150 people. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Located on Pier Street in the heart of the CBD, Hyde Perth will offer 120 guestrooms, including 18 large suites, two dedicated meeting and event spaces, a destination restaurant and bar, and a vibrant specialty café overlooking an outdoor pool surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Drawing inspiration from the rich colours and influences of Western Australia, the hotel is designed to foster social interaction, with oversized lobby sofas and large tables inviting conversation. Opening is scheduled for early 2025.

When it opens, Mama Shelter Singapore will become the 20th location for the Mama Shelter brand, marking its first time in Asia. The hotel, a true urban oasis, will house over 110 rooms in the heart of Killiney Road, each with its own unique layout. The restaurant will offer creative cuisine in a trendy setting, while the rooftop will feature a swimming pool with stunning views of the Singapore skyline. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Inspired by the eclectic spirit of Burleigh and anchored by an architectural masterpiece, Mondrian Gold Coast will mark Mondrian’s Australian debut with an innovative approach to beachfront hospitality, fronting one of Queensland’s most iconic beaches. The hotel will feature 208 rooms and suites with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and will introduce brand new beach villas with plunge pools, kitchens and bars, and private street access. Two stunning restaurants and bars will showcase local produce and fresh seafood, and embody the conviviality and energy that Burleigh is known for. Opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Bringing the brand’s opulence to Saudi Arabia for the first time, SLS’s latest marvel will be part of The Red Sea Project, one of the world’s most ambitious regeneration projects, encompassing 16 resorts, a marina and an 18-hole certified golf course. Spanning nearly 75,000 m2, SLS Red Sea will feature 150 accommodations and suites, including one, two, three and four-bedroom pool villas, as well as dining areas, an expansive spa and fitness centre, a swimming pool and a unique function room that will host the region’s most fashionable parties and events. It is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

SLS Women’s Beach

This first all-inclusive SLS experience will bring an innovative and fabulous offering to Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, seamlessly blending breathtaking interiors, fine dining and entertainment. SLS Playa Mujeres’ 498 guestrooms and suites will face the ocean. Lively restaurants and cocktail bars, as well as an unrivaled range of lifestyle and wellness offerings, will invite guests to escape the daily grind at a resort where friends’ getaways, family fun and romantic getaways will always be exceptional. Opening is scheduled for 2025.

SLS Barcelona

Marking the brand’s European debut, SLS Barcelona will bring its touch of extravagance to immerse guests in the Port Fòrum district, facing the sea. It will display its astonishing façade, undulating to imitate the movements of the sparkling Mediterranean: an invitation for travelers and locals alike to enter a unique place and indulge in extraordinary experiences. With 471 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, six restaurant and bar concepts, three swimming pools, a spa and a vast event space whose centerpiece will be the majestic ballroom, SLS Barcelona will establish itself as an urban resort unlike any the capital of Catalonia has ever known. The hotel is expected to be fully open in early 2025.

The Hoxton ’s expansion continues in Italy with a new destination, Florence , bringing the brand’s energy to the city. Its 161 rooms will be divided into two buildings: a 16th-century palazzo with its original façade and impressive vaulted arcade; and a building designed by Andrea Branzi in the 1980s, a modern reflection of the palazzo with its wood-clad façade and linear, minimalist architecture. The hotel will also offer a two-bedroom suite and will feature a spacious lobby, a restaurant inspired by the Italian Riviera, a spacious internal courtyard, a wine bar for comfortable evening gatherings, and event spaces. Florence’s most famous landmarks, such as the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, will be within walking distance, while the Fortezza da Basso, home to the menswear hotspot Pitti Uomo, will be a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2025.

Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt), or the most beautiful aquatic paradise. The resort will offer colorful and perfectly furnished rooms, guaranteeing successful stays for the whole family. It will promise an unforgettable vacation, with its cafes showing sporting events, its games rooms, its kids club, its catering offers that will delight young and old, and its many facilities reserved for children. Its magnificent beach, its delicious menus, its swimming pools, the Rixy Kids Town reserved for children and the many shows will complete the experience. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Pullman Chennai Anna Salai (India) will spread its 233 rooms and suites over 5,000 m2. Its functional and sustainable spaces will invite visitors to mix business with relaxation. The hotel will also have lively social areas, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, a gym, a spa and a swimming pool. With its three adjoining function rooms and lobbies and its business areas, the hotel will be the ideal choice for all events, professional and private. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Pullman OKOL Golf Resort & Spa (Bulgaria) will be part of the OKOL Lake Park complex, near Lake Iskar, about a half-hour drive from Sofia. The resort will feature 149 rooms, 40 villas and four restaurants and bars, a rooftop spa and wellness centre of over 4,900 m2 with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym and an 18-hole golf course approved for hosting international competitions. The hotel’s state-of-the-art conference centre will be able to accommodate over 500 people. It is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort , located in Le Moule, Guadeloupe, will be a 102-room destination with contemporary interiors that will welcome guests with Caribbean charm. The resort is designed to showcase generous, peaceful spaces, as well as Guadeloupean craftsmanship and views. Its wellness center will be a magnificent sanctuary with a spa, gym and swimming pool. The property’s central location will provide direct access to nearby beaches and cultural attractions, making it the ideal base for relaxation and exploration. The resort is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

Swissôtel Doha Corniche Park Towers (Qatar) will be the flagship of the vibrant West Bay district, combining hotels and residences in two iconic towers. The 200 guest rooms, 142 serviced apartments and 121 branded residences will all offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Doha’s historic district. The resort will feature six dining venues, nearly 750 m2 of meeting space, a rejuvenating spa, fitness and wellness facilities, a swimming pool and a kids’ club. It is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

Swissôtel Bucharest (Romania) is set to become the tallest hotel in Bucharest, occupying an 85-metre building on Expoziţiei Boulevard, close to Romexpo, Romania’s largest exhibition centre. The hotel will feature 224 rooms and suites spread over 27 floors, and a rooftop bar-lounge-restaurant with panoramic views of the city. It will also feature a swimming pool on the 22nd floor, a spa and fitness facilities, and numerous rooms for business meetings and corporate events. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Mövenpick Resort Agios Nikolaos Sivota will be the first Greek destination under the Mövenpick brand. The resort will welcome families in its 67 spacious and elegant rooms, most with views of the Ionian Sea. Guests will enjoy the brand’s gastronomic delights, with snacks served throughout the day and the famous Mövenpick Chocolate Hour. The restaurant will serve fresh fish and Swiss specialties, as well as Mediterranean and international dishes. The resort will also feature a pool bar, a beach bar, a fitness area and two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025. 

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon (Indonesia) will blend Swiss-inspired hospitality with Indonesian charm. The resort will feature 413 contemporary guestrooms, three lagoon-shaped swimming pools, a variety of dining options, a two-story beach club and a wide range of event spaces. The wellness and leisure centre will include a gym, spa and kids’ club. The private white-sand beach and proximity to Singapore, a one-hour ferry ride from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, will make it the perfect destination for a sunny getaway. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Grand Mercure Krabi Ao Nang (Thailand) will explore local traditions while offering new cultural perspectives in a contemporary setting. Surrounded by magnificent limestone mountains, the hotel will offer eight room categories, from romantic honeymoon suites to spacious family rooms. The resort’s two swimming pools will provide opportunities for fun or relaxation, while the kids’ club will be a haven for young travelers. Dining options will include a traditional Italian restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant (Soul Kitchen), and a bar inspired by English taverns. Opening is scheduled for early 2025.

MID-RANGE & ECONOMY

Hotel Giacomo Morra Alba – Handwritten Collection (Italy) will be located in the Piedmont region, known for its terroir that produces some of the country’s finest wines and products, such as truffles, chocolate and hazelnuts. Following a major renovation of an existing property, including meeting rooms and wellness facilities, this new location in the collection will introduce guests to the wonders of Piedmont, with a bar offering over 300 wines, including local appellations Barolo and Barbaresco. Opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Novotel Valencia Lavant (Spain) will be located in the Jardins del Túria, between the historic centre of Valencia and the Palacio de Congresos. Converted from an existing hotel, this 12-storey building has been completely redeveloped to create an elegant and contemporary Novotel property, comprising 370 rooms, a café, a restaurant, a rooftop, a gym, a breakfast room and large meeting and work spaces. With its own private car park, this new flagship hotel in the city will welcome its guests in the Novotel spirit: simplicity, balance and harmony. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas (Indonesia), a warm and friendly 36-storey hotel, will be integrated into the Pulo Mas district of East Jakarta. The property will feature 175 rooms, including suites, and will offer the renowned Novotel experience. Part of a mixed-use complex, the property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, lounge bar, wellness and fitness centre, spa, outdoor swimming pool and pool bar. Its strategic location will provide easy access to Jakarta’s business districts and cultural attractions. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Novotel Sydney Cabramatta (Australia), just 30km southwest of Sydney’s CBD, will be the ideal base for business and leisure travellers. With 140 rooms and suites, guests can enjoy breakfast at Primitivo, a prime steak and wine pairing at Dany’s Kitchen for lunch, modern Asian cuisine at District 8 for dinner, and a relaxing evening at the outdoor poolside bar. The hotel will also offer a fully equipped gym, business lounge and 24-hour room service. Opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Mercure Ponta Delgada Azores (Portugal) will be the first Accor hotel in the Azores and a new flagship address for the Mercure brand. The property will occupy a historic “pensione” in the city centre, fully restored to accommodate 75 rooms, a wellness area, a swimming pool and a meeting room, for an experience focused on travel. The hotel will invite guests to discover the real Ponta Delgada and immerse themselves in the authentic culture of the Azores in an eco-responsible way. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

Adagio Original London City East will open in the first half of 2025, a flagship property that will make it Adagio’s ninth aparthotel in the UK and fourth in London. Ideally located near the City of London, the aparthotel will feature 132 studios and apartments, including the brand’s first-ever co-living spaces. Designed for groups travelling for work, family or friends, these innovative spaces combine private bedrooms with a shared living area with fully equipped kitchens, making them ideal for extended stays. Guests will also discover Adagio’s friendly ‘The Circle’ concept. Centrally located near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, with direct access to public transport, Adagio Original London East is set to rewrite the rules for city breaks in the British capital. It is scheduled to open in early 2025.

TRIBE Belo Horizonte (Brazil) will mark the debut of the TRIBE brand in South America. Located on the historic Praça da Liberdade, the hotel will occupy a building that belonged to the Minas Gerais state government. The property will feature 79 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a lounge bar, a rooftop terrace, meeting rooms, a fitness center and leisure areas. Its exterior architecture was entrusted to Focus Arquitetura, while its interiors will be designed by Beth Nejm, a renowned local designer. Its privileged location will offer direct access to the city’s cultural attractions and business hotspots. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

The 168-room TRIBE Kraków Old Town (Poland) will occupy a brand new building in the centre of Krakow and will be the first TRIBE property in the country. With direct access to the city’s attractions, such as the Krakow Barbican, Florianska Gate and the Main Market Square, the hotel will be the ideal base from which to explore the city. Its interiors will be inspired by David Lynch’s distinctive cinematic vision, with dark colours, velvet curtains and herringbone-patterned floors. Common areas will feature film posters created by Polish artists and include artistic elements inspired by William Eggleston and Edward Hopper. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.

TRIBE Auckland Fort Street (New Zealand), the country’s first Tribe address, will be a stylish destination where travelers and locals can come to work and relax in the company of other like-minded entrepreneurs and travelers. The hotel will showcase its bold design in Auckland, through 60 compact, ultra-comfortable rooms equipped with the latest technology, a lobby bar and a social hub. With the brand’s focus on design, the common areas will benefit from special attention, with original objects, color contrasts and surprising details, all designed to combine style and comfort. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

ibis Styles Tallinn will introduce the ibis Styles brand to Estonia following the complete renovation of an existing property. The new 124-room hotel will feature a unique concept inspired by the world of photography, creating a playful and inspiring experience themed ‘Through the Lens’. The property will feature a dining area decorated with delightfully vintage photographs and accommodating up to 120 guests, and modern conference rooms for private events. The opening is scheduled for mid-2025.

Greet Tbilisi Center Hotel ( Georgia) will open its doors within walking distance of Mzuiri Park, one of the largest green spaces in Tbilisi, and close to the Old Wine Factory district and the shopping and business centers of the bustling Chavchavadze Avenue. The hotel will offer 114 well-appointed rooms and its freshly prepared local breakfast, in an eco-friendly spirit. The friendly atmosphere of the lobby will be conducive to relaxation and work, with a bar serving delicious local dishes. The opening is scheduled for early 2025.
