Unique Valentine’s Gift: Indulge in Tenderstem Broccoli-Infused Chocolates for a Sweet and Savory Surprise

Red roses and basic truffles for Valentine’s Day? That’s so last year.

Love-struck romantics can now treat their health-conscious sweethearts to Tenderstem broccoli-infused chocolates.

The veg-flavored delicacy emerged after a photograph was posted on the NewsFoodUK Instagram account, which has over 319,000 followers.

And it quickly racked up over 500 likes, with users taking to the comment section to share their thoughts on the unusual treat.

“Definitely want to try the Tenderchoc,” added Hannah.

“Bit early for April Fools…,” added someone else.

“No. no. no. I love broccoli. I love chocolate. but this is a clear no no no.,” wrote another person.

The confection is made from 72% Ecuador-origin dark chocolates, filled with a green ganache made of the brassica vegetable, blended with fresh Dorset cream and almond notes.

Each box contains nine artistic pieces, painted with green splatters of chocolate.
Tenderstem paired up with British chocolatier, Chococo, to design the unusual creation.

This isn’t the first time Tenderstem has been involved in creating an off-the-wall Valentine’s gift.
