Anthony Torres Joins Pyramid Global Hospitality as Culinary Leader for Award-Winning Portfolio

Pyramid Global Hospitality Names Anthony Torres VP of Food and Beverage Amid Culinary Recognition Surge
Pyramid Global Hospitality has appointed Anthony Torres as its new vice president of food and beverage, signaling a strategic push to elevate the company’s dining programs across its expansive global portfolio. The announcement comes as the hotel management firm celebrates a series of prestigious accolades for its culinary destinations.
With over 250 hotels and resorts under its management, Pyramid is known for delivering memorable dining experiences through an array of concepts—from luxury restaurants to casual beachside venues. Torres, who brings extensive leadership experience from his recent role overseeing food and beverage operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts, will now spearhead Pyramid’s culinary strategy, supporting owners and on-site teams to further innovate and elevate guest dining.
“Delivering memorable food and beverage moments is core to who we are at Pyramid Global Hospitality,” said Isaac Hicks, chief operating officer. “Anthony brings a clear vision and deep expertise that will be instrumental as we continue to innovate in this space.”

Torres’ appointment coincides with multiple Pyramid properties earning national recognition. Signature Restaurant at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio was recently recommended in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide for its locally sourced, seasonally inspired South Texas menu. Delfinos Italian Chophouse at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast, Florida, and Subito at The Lytle Park Autograph Collection Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, each earned 2025 Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence, honoring their standout wine programs.
Delfinos’ recognition marks its third consecutive year receiving the Wine Spectator accolade, highlighting Pyramid’s continued commitment to excellence in food and beverage.
“Food and drink are an essential component to every travel experience, and Pyramid Global Hospitality is committed to creating standout moments that exceed guest expectations,” said Torres. “I’m excited to join a company that places food and beverage at the heart of how travellers experience our hotels and the destinations they visit us in.”
Based across offices in Boston, The Woodlands, Cincinnati, and London, Pyramid Global Hospitality blends high-touch service with operational expertise. With Torres now onboard, the company is poised to build on its growing reputation for culinary excellence throughout its U.S., Caribbean, and European properties.
